At 04.55 WIB we sailed from Offshore to Taddan. we received a call from the Taddan dispacer to turn back to Offshore because there was one person who had to be picked up from Offshore and taken to Taddan for evacuation. We changed course to Offshore to pick up one sick person. We arrived at Offshore to pick up 1 sick person and 1 delivery person along with oxygen equipment and medicines. We departed from Offshore to Taddan. We docked at the Taddan Jetty, the doctor named Dr. Rizal was evacuated to the ambulance to be sent to Rs PHC Surabaya.
